I started my journey in IT more than 8 years ago—not in an office, but on the road, climbing ladders, running cables, solving real-world tech issues face-to-face with clients.
As a field engineer, I’ve worked with homes, small businesses, schools, and large corporations across Australia. I’ve seen first-hand the frustration people go through when technology doesn’t work the way it should. I’ve also seen how a reliable technician can completely turn that around—restoring trust, productivity, and even peace of mind.
That’s where the idea for Xi Tech was born.
I didn’t want to just fix problems—I wanted to build a service company that businesses and families could rely on. One that shows up on time, speaks in plain language, and genuinely cares about results.
